Equinox ushered in the opening of the new CS this morning instead of Monday as was originally anticipated. It promises to be a welcome relief to all of us that wake up 26 hours before, usually interrupting our somnolent state only to be shut out because of the huge demand. Now, that might be a non-event and at least to this writer, welcomed because when we crank up the resistance on that red wheel it’s about effort not anxiety. Some say that it won’t make a difference but I beg to differ but of course time will tell. See you on Tuesday.
